We are a commercial vehicle bodybuilder with type approval on a variety of different makes and models of chassis, going from 3500kg to 32000kg in weight. We also specialise in truck and commercial vehicle body repairs including tail lift / taillift repairs. We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and cover the majority of the North East including Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, County Durham and Teeside.

WHOLE VEHICLE TYPE APPROVAL

We have gained our 'Conformity of production' from the VCA, and have successfully type approved on a number of chassis types. We are continuing to type approve other vehicle types in order to provide whatever type of body desired by the customer without the need to Individually approve each vehicle we build.

The company started in 1966 making Steel Tipping Bodies for the North-East coal industry and has grown over the last 40 years to become a leading manufacturer of all types of commercial vehicle bodies. The company is renowned for the high standard of bodies it produces, from the frame of the bodies to the finishes and paintwork.

 

Located in Dunston, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear within a large, modern factory the company is serviced with overhead cranes for more efficient and faster body assembly.
